A 55mm profiled curtain. Made using roll formed aluminium skinned, foam Insulated Laths, which are then powder coated in a choice of 10 colours*.
At the bottom of the curtain there is an extruded profile this houses the rubber seal that sits directly on the floor.
65mm extruded aluminium guide runners complete with draft brushes, powder coated in a choice of White or Dark Brown.
A 205mm top box consisting of cast aluminium head plates, which are spanned by an octagonal steel barrel. The whole top box is completely encased in aluminium covers that are powder coated in either White or Dark Brown.
A 50nm motor capable of lifting 90kgs (average roller shutter weight on a single door 16kgs) comes complete with an internal manual override for mechanical opening in the event of a power failure.
A plug-in receiver kit with push buttons to enable electrical opening from inside the garage and two remote controlled key fobs.

Once you have your measurements simply click the 'Submit Measurements' button where you can either enter your measurements on your mobile phone or attach your filled in guide.
As soon as we have your measurements we will send you a final drawing for your confirmation, along with costings and a potential delivery date.
Once a delivery date has been agreed, our manufacturing process begins and you'll have a new ACE Garage Door in no time!
